Unless stated otherwise, each license is for one purchaser or business seat and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or redistributed. Jyro requires online license verification. The add-on may send a license key, plugin key, version, device identifiers, activation status, and plan type to verify access and enforce device or subscription limits. You are responsible for keeping your license key private. Contact us if your key is lost, compromised, or needs to be moved because of a hardware change. Lite includes updates for one year from purchase. Pro includes updates while the subscription is active. We may change, improve, or remove features as the product evolves, and we may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, security, or reliability. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD and may exclude taxes, VAT, or local fees. Pro renews annually unless canceled before renewal through Paddle or by contacting us. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, the related license may be revoked and you must stop using the add-on. You agree not to: Jyro, its code, documentation, branding, templates, and related materials remain owned by Jyro or its licensors.
