Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Jyro for Blender — Perpetual License, sold for $99 USD as a one-time purchase through PayPal. PayPal processes the payment and sends the receipt to the email address used at checkout.

2. Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchaseif you provide valid proof of purchase and the license has not been materially used for commercial or production work. Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.

Once approved, the Jyro license is revoked. An online device loses access on its next verification; an offline device loses access no later than the expiry of its current 7-day encrypted and signed certificate.

3. Normally non-refundable cases

  • requests made after the 14-day window;
  • material commercial or production use of the license;
  • license sharing, resale, abuse, fraud, or chargeback activity;
  • duplicate purchases where both license keys were materially used;
  • issues caused solely by unsupported software or hardware.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@jyro.design with your PayPal order ID, checkout email, Jyro license key if issued, and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned by PayPal to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary.

5. Trial

The one-time in-add-on trial is free and requires no payment. Its current duration is controlled by our server. No refund applies to free trial access.
