Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Jyro made through our official checkout provider, Paddle, including:

  • Jyro Lite — $59 USD one-time purchase (perpetual license with a one-year update window)
  • Jyro Pro — $199 USD per year subscription

Paddle is the merchant of record for online payments. Receipts and payment confirmations are sent by Paddle.

2. Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The license has not been used for commercial or production work
  • You contact us within the refund window with valid proof of purchase

If approved, your license will be revoked and you must stop using the add-on.

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window
  • Pro subscription renewals after a new billing period has started
  • Lite licenses used beyond a reasonable evaluation scope
  • Chargebacks without contacting support first
  • Duplicate purchases where both license keys were activated

4. How to request a refund

Email support@jyro.design with:

  • Your Paddle order ID or receipt
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your license key (if activated)
  • A brief reason for the refund

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank).

5. Lite update window

Lite includes one year of plugin updates from the purchase date. Refunds do not extend or reset the update window. See Pricing.

6. Pro subscription cancellation

You may cancel Pro before the next renewal via Paddle or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges only; refunds for the current billing period follow Section 2.
